It also provides telecommunication consultancy services and integrated call centre and customer relationship management services. It has more than 600 Stores in 7 countries (Greece, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Ukraine, and the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia). Germanos S.A. operates as a subsidiary of Cosmote Mobile Telecommunications S.A. since 2006.
