Global Finance has just concluded a € 5.1 million investment in the United Milk Company (UMC), a Bulgarian dairy company with leading market shares in fresh milk, yogurt and cheese.
GLOBAL FINANCE has completed a syndicate deal leading to the participation in the share capital of ASBISC Enterprises Limited. The Company specializes in the wholesale distribution of PC components, storage, networking and server architectures, operating primarily in the emerging markets of Eastern Europe.
Global Finance has concluded recently a substantial investment in Lanitis Development Limited, member of the well-known Lanitis Group of Companies. The investment is the fifth of the most recent Fund of the company (total amount of 200 million Euro).
